No list price, because no two farms run the same operation. Your quote is built from your packhouses, your hectares, and what you actually want tracked.
Get a QuoteFour measurements, all of them things you already know about your farm. Nothing is estimated from headcount, and nothing is charged for a part of the operation you have not switched on.
Counted per site
Every packhouse carries its own grading lines, QA stations, and box labelling. Two packhouses are two floors to run, so they are scoped separately rather than averaged into one farm-wide figure.
Total hectares in production
The area you actually crop, not the area you own. Hectares set the scale of harvest capture, block-level reporting, and how many workers move through the system in a season.
Greenhouse or open field
Covered production is denser: more cycles, more blocks per hectare, and far more data points per week than the same hectare grown outside. Both count toward your area, at different weights.
Per part of the operation
You only pay for the parts you switch on. Start with worklogs and harvest capture, add packhouse grading, leaderboards, or admin reporting when the farm is ready for them.
These are the scopes farms of each size usually run, not fixed packages. Yours is quoted on the measurements above, so you can mix them freely.

A ten-hectare family farm and a hundred-hectare exporter with three packhouses run completely different operations, and a single list price would overcharge one and underserve the other. We quote on what you actually run: number of packhouses, total growing area in hectares, whether that area is greenhouse or open field, and which parts of the operation you want tracked.
Four inputs: how many packhouses you operate, your total growing area in hectares, the split between greenhouse and open-field production, and the parts of the operation you switch on — worklogs, harvest capture, packhouse grading, leaderboards, or admin reporting. You are only quoted for what is tracked.
No. Both count toward your total growing area, at different weights. Covered production runs more cycles and more blocks per hectare, so a greenhouse hectare generates far more tracked activity than the same hectare grown outside, and the quote reflects that.
Hectares in production and how much of it is covered, the number of packhouses, your crops, and roughly how many people work a peak week. That is usually enough for a firm number on the first call.
Yes, and most farms do. Teams commonly start with worklogs and harvest capture on one site, then add packhouse grading and reporting once the field data is trusted. Your quote is re-scoped when you add a part, never charged for it in advance.
Onboarding is scoped with the quote rather than billed as a surprise later. Small single-site farms are usually onboarded remotely at no extra cost; multi-packhouse and ERP-integrated rollouts carry a one-time onboarding fee that is quoted upfront.
